How to Clear Toxic Negative Energy...

I will often pick up energies that are not mine if I've not properly protected myself. Or sometimes the area you're in just feels so toxic or negative that you can't help but pick it up.
How often have you walked into a room and felt the tension, or gotten together with a friend or colleague and walked away feeling exhausted? Even if you don't know it, we all have the ability to take on someone else's energy and it can be draining, leading to thoughts or feelings that may not actually be ours!
Below are some tips on how to clear toxic negative energy from you and even your home. These are some quick pick me ups during times that you need a quick clearing. The violet flame is particularly helpful for me at the moment as its pure Divine Mother energy which I strongly resonate with right now.
For anything big or if you're feeling particularly stuck, I'd be happy to work with you to get you re-balanced and feeling like yourself again, but in the meantime I hope these help.
