🌟 Embrace the Nudge 🌟




We all get those strong nudges, those inner “knowings” that it’s time for a change—whether it’s a behaviour, job, or relationship. But too often, we ignore them until we’re pushed into change, often accompanied by pain and anguish. Sometimes, we stubbornly push through the pain, staying stagnant and unhappy.


I understand. For years, I needed those big, painful slaps to make the changes I knew were necessary. Ignoring what was right in front of me cost me dearly in health and finances. Now, I listen to even the slightest inkling that something isn’t right. Even if it feels like I’m missing out, I follow my intuition. It’s always the right decision for my mental and physical health, proven time and again with hindsight.


Fear of change isn’t always what we think. Sometimes, it’s the fear of success, not failure, that holds us back. Other times, it’s “better the devil you know,” even if you’re miserable. Working through why you’re blocking yourself from making life-changing decisions can be confronting. But through journaling, shadow work, counselling, or energy healing, you can learn to embrace change, take that leap, and transform your life for the better.


Maybe it’s time to listen to your higher self, God, Creator, Universe—whatever you prefer—and take that leap of faith. Know you’ll always be okay, even if it’s uncomfortable at first. It’s always for your highest good.
