My Story

I’ve been immersed in the world of alternative therapies for nearly three decades. But I haven’t always been ‘out and proud’ about it. In fact, I’ve felt a lot of shame around practising and believing in something so unconventional. Even though for years I’d been told my so many people that I had a gift and was a strong channel, I just wasn’t comfortable being seen as different.

 

For so long, people who believed in energy work were considered weird. And I just wanted to be ‘normal’.

 

So, I studied all my beloved alternative therapies in private. And gave healings to people I felt safe with.  I studied Reiki, Light Language, Theta Healing, Psychic Development, Meditation, EFT/Tapping, Radical Forgiveness, Vocal Toning, Somatic Breathwork & Movement and more, but I still didn’t share it with many outside of my core healing groups.

 

But after the pandemic, I just couldn’t face going back full-time into the corporate world. In events we used to say “we’re not saving lives” any time things got hairy and it was true. It just didn’t give me true fulfillment anymore. I still enjoyed creating events, but it was no longer my identity. I felt like I needed to be of service. 

 

That, and some, at the time, scary diagnoses were a very clear message to me that I needed to put all the tools I’d learnt over 30 years of therapy and learnings to better use, for myself and others. I needed to get clear about what would fulfil me for the rest of my life. I needed to serve.

 

I understand that I now need to stand in my truth, work openly in the field that I love, and share all the tools I’ve been given through all my decades of therapy, self-development and energy healing courses.  

 

As well as offering holistic energy healings, I also want to provide a safe space for women to share and grow, as well as lead women in circle to understand the power of our sacred womb, where we women have stored so much of our pain. It’s where we’ve stored our trauma, fear, sadness, stifled our creativity and created feelings of helplessness.

 

To unlock that is to invite in our creativity, deep intuition, and connect with the Divine Mother (the female aspect of Creator/Universe/God) and Source. We just need to begin to clear away some of the gunk in order to hear and feel her wisdom, and live authentically from our truth.

 

So here I am. Ready to help. Ready to share. Ready to serve. All of it unashamedly, ‘weirdly’ me. And I sincerely hope I have the opportunity and honour to help you begin to attain the same sense of self, so you can connect with your own inner wisdom.
